Returns
You have the right to return the products of your order within 14 days of receiving them. The right applies to unused products. The products need to be in their original packaging and the tags need to be in place.

Pack the products neatly. Fill in the return form you have received together with you order. Add the form to the package together with the product(s) you are returning. Form is needed to be able to process the return.

Returns are free inside Finland using Posti's customer return ID. Write the recipient’s information on the package:

Take the package to a post office or parcel machine. If you deliver the package to the parcel machine, fill in the shipment information on the post office

When returning from abroad, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Returns will be sent to:

When the return arrives to us, we will refund the price of the products to the customer. Keep the return receipt until the return has been processed.

If you would like to exchange to another product, make the return according to the above instructions and place a new order.
